Custom built service truck for a North Island Customer. Featuring a rear mounted crane and a large gull wing tool box.
Flat deck built for Cookes Nelson. Heavy duty for carrying rolls of wire rope.
Arborist truck, designed and built in our workshop for a local company. Features large capacity hardox bin. This unit has been designed to carry a 5-tonne digger and includes under-mount storage ramps. It has large storage bin behind the cab and is all topped off by a retractable tarpaulin.
9.8m 5 axle drop side tipper for Sollys freight. Running SAF axles and components including tyre pilot.

One of nine ute mounted tip decks we built. Our brief for these was to design a subframe and tipping system to carry a customised large capacity tipping bin complete with waterproof cover. As well as fabricate and fit a large storage box behind the cab.
6×4 tipper for the Taylor Contracting co ltd stable. Hardox tipper bin with our custom two-way tail door set up.

8 X 4 Hino with a Palfinger PK48 and fly jib – soon to be delivered to its new owner Brosnan Transport in Timaru. It’s been a real pleasure working with Ben and Greg from Brosnan’s to bring this project to life. Great guys and a great company to work alongside.
Transformed an Iveco Daily 4X4 by swapping its flat deck and towbar for a sturdy subframe and a PC-3800 loader crane. We built a custom tipping deck with tie-down points and added an adjustable towbar to enhance off-road capabilities. For added utility, we included removable overhead carry racks.
Recently completed 7.5 metre tip deck on UD Quon CG 32 460 8×4. Alloy drop in sides, 52 Degree tipping angle , C/W remote control for truck and trailer tipping.

6 X 4 “ Lines truck “ we built up for a local company. This is one of many we’ve built for them.
Over the last few years we’ve been heavily involved in the design and ongoing upgrades to make these the ‘crème de la crème’ of trucks for the New Zealand power industry.
Hino 8 x 4 700 series with rear mounted PK 41 for Alan Shaw Carrying Co. Ltd on the Kapiti Coast. We’re currently building a 6x 4 Hino with a PK 22 for them. Big thanks to Ray Shaw for his support and faith in our builds.
